You’ve heard it before ... Plan your work and work your plan! This old saying can pay big dividends with the planning of your new REAL™ log home. Our experience with thousands of log home projects shows that allowing proper planning time is the best way we can help insure that you have an exciting and pleasurable building experience. So, we’re going to pay you to plan! Here’s how our program works:

Submit a design deposit agreement any time between July 1 and November 30, 2008 and you’ll become eligible to double your money on your design credit toward your REAL LOG HOMES® log package, up to $3,500.

Example: let’s say you pay $2,500 as a design deposit for a 2,500 square foot home between July 1 and November 30. When you order your REAL™ log home, you would receive your design credit of $2,500, PLUS an additional $2,500 for a total credit of $5,000! Now that’s a good plan.

STANDARD MODEL (OFF THE RACK) PROMOTION
Save 3% on a Standard Model log package!

Most people customize their home plans. Not many take one right "off the rack". However, with the gorgeous offering of REAL LOG HOMES® standard models, more and more people like you are finding a standard plan fits their lifestyle perfectly. Thanks to this ongoing discount, you could also save thousands of dollars on that perfect standard plan!

Purchase a REAL LOG HOMES® standard model (excluding REAL LOG CABINS™) from our current Portfolio of Floor Plans without making a significant change to the plan, and you'll be eligible for a 3% discount on your log package price. Standard plans are those that are included in our current plan book or in the standard model section of our website.

A minor change for a mirror image of the plan, the addition or deletion of skylights, or a change to a joist or rafter style is acceptable. Some conditions do apply and Standard Model prices are subject to change without notice so see your Independent Representative for details.

Purchase a second REAL LOG HOMES® brand log package and you'll receive a 5% discount off the log package price! You can use this discount in combination with any other discount to which you are entitled, up to a total of 8% of the log home package price. This promotion is available only for owner-occupied residences.
